Fall Performance Clinic

Join the Illinois Human Performance Project and Dr. Savannah Fernandez for the Fall Performance Clinic on November 17 from 7:30-8:30pm. We will discuss effective and supportive communication strategies for student athletes and youth. This presentation is intended to help provide ideas on how to create a safe and supportive performance culture. Dr. Savannah Fernandez is a clinical and sport psychological resident and holds her doctoral degree from Loyola University Maryland’s PsyD program, and her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Florida State University. Dr. Fernandez’s goal in working with others is to help increase self-compassion and self-love as one moves through life’s trials and tribulations. Additionally, she aims to foster self-empowerment, flexibility, and interpersonal connectedness with those around her.
